At ALTAGAMA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return guidelines below.
Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return a product. Please note that we cannot guarantee the processing of any
requests made after this 15-day period.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
Condition: Unworn, unused, and in perfect original condition.
Tags: All original tags must remain attached.
Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To start your return process, please follow these steps:

Our team will process your request and provide you with the return shipping address within 2-3 business days.
Shipping & Costs
1. Location: All returns are processed at our facility in Barcelona, Spain.
Return Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. ALTAGAMA is not responsible for parcels lost
or damaged during return transit. Please retain your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is faulty or arrived damaged, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at contact@altagamaclo.com.
Please include clear photos of the issue so we can guide you through the next steps and resolve the matter quickly.
Refund Process
Once we receive your item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
As a distributor of Asian products, our inventory is shipped directly from our facility in Guangzhou, China.
Consequently, our estimated delivery time includes one week for supplier fulfillment and an additional two weeks for processing and transit.
In total, you can expect your order to arrive at your provided address within 15 to 20 days.
We currently only ship to countries within the European Union.
We will do our best to deliver your order to you within these timeframes; however, they are not guaranteed.
